cross contaminate

So I have done a few grows now. They have all been regular flowering, aka I choose when to flip from 18+ to 12-12. I just bought a couple seeds and they sent me a few promo seeds. A single one of those promo seeds is autoflowering. I do not want to do a single plant grow. Would it be unrealistic...
