coco to soil

Hello, Does anyone know if you can transplant from Coco Coir into Soil? I recently popped a couple of seeds now vegging with intent to flower them out, BUT have decided to mother one. She is sitting in a 10 Ltr pot in Coco and would like to move her to soil for less maintenance feeding wise...
