cfl burn

Do you guys do foliage spray with indoor or do u guys just water the soil? When would a good time to add foliage spray? If I'm using cfl , could the spray burn the leaves with the light like with the sun outdoor?

Ok my name is Tom and my grinds call me "ripp". Cause all I do is smoke... I work too but even then I'm smoking so. Ok the reason I am asking for advise is this is my first grow and I have made a lot of obvious mistakes (miracle grow etc) I have had vertuily no cash and came by all my meterials...
