I’m working on my own super soil.
Currently I have this in mind:
35% aeration (1/2 inch hydroton)
35% peat moss
5% Oly mountain fish compost
7.5% wiggle worm castings
7.5% composted cow manure
10% top soil
Top soil:
1 part peat moss
1 part orchid bark
1 part coarse sand
2 parts dried...

So I have a lot of plants and I was thinking of getting some silkworms and setting up an old fish tank to breed and collect castings. I was just wondering if anyone else has done this.
I was also wondering if I could adjust their diet to adjust how effective the castings are.
