can i harvest

Hey, my plant is nearly lookin ready, super frosty delicious lookin buds but there’s still some white pistils, and ik you should wait till pistils turn brown but my last plant lost thc and flavor because I waited till all pistils turned brown so my question is can I harvest my plant even though...

My plants should have been ready about a week ago , i waited a little longer... these trichomes are milky or nah ? What would you guys say ? I would say they are milky for the most part
