cali ballast

Bought the 1k Cali ballast back in 2016 and it's having some issues cycling itself on and off.. Not just the light but the ballast as well.. Tried new bulbs, new plugs, new timers.. Stays on for about 15 min and starts cycling on and off.. And since the ballast itself is cycling (not the bulb)...
