bug indenfication

Saw this dope looking bug on my plants this morning. It was on my big girl (starting to preflower) and then hopped over to my 2 weeks old babies. snagged a couple pics. Hit the plants with Spinosad 3 days ago now, seemed to take care of my worm thing issue I am fighting.

I have found a few of these bugs on my plant maybe four or five I was hoping somebody could help me identify what kind of bug it is and if it is just a bug in general that likes plants or if it has something to do with my plant I'm growing now. Thank you for any assistance.
