buds wont get solid

Hey guys and ladies. Heres my problem. My plants are at about 13 weeks of flower and they look great...… for about 10 weeks! They don't seem to want to solidify. The buds are just a bit too fluffy and they look like they need a few more weeks. I thought I had plenty of light for the area but now...
