amnesia flowering

Hi guys! I don't know what's the problem with my original Amnesia. She has 12 weeks of flowering and from 6 weeks, she looks exactly the same and she's not advancing. She has 130 days from seedling. Never gave her nutrients, just pure fresh rain water. She has 60% brown hairs from 6 weeks ago...
