Young plant, leaves folding upwards (not just tips, all the way around)

Not sure how 'sick' th eplant is, it currently seems to be happy though growth has stalled some.

As you can see in the pic, the leaves all along the top are curling up. There looks to be a little nute burn on the tips - not really bad, but its there. I'm not sure if thast related to the curling/folding I'm talking about though.

As much info as I know:
This plant is from a seed, which I sprouted maybe 3 weeks ago. Its in fresh potting soil. I've been giving it straight tap water for the most part. I have given it a couple extremely diluted doses of some generic grow nutrients (talking like an ounce of 10-10-5 Liquidgrow per gallon... very dilute) maybe twice, but this issue predates the nutrients slightly.

I do not know the strain. The seed was purchased from amsterdam seed bank, and is either a Tangerine Dream, Red Dragon or Vanilla Kush.. but the seeds were dropped and mixed up :( D'oh!

They're under a T5 light right now, indoors.

What I've done to correct it:
I am going to start giving them PH-adjusted RO water. My house pH is close to 7 usually, so dropping it 6.5 might help. The RO water might help alleviate root burn as well. I was under the impression a pH of 7 wouldn't bother plants in soil but perhaps tehse are sensitive.

I'm also going to try to give them a bit more ventilation. The plants aren't in a particularly well ventilated closet, so I'm going to put a fan behind them to help circulate air around them.

Other than that, not sure what it could be. This plant is showing the signs far more than the others.. only one other plant is showing the 'folding' at all.

Any thoughts?

I have seen folding like this in heat stress situations... What r yer temps running in there? The T5's shouldn't be producing much heat at all, so mabye u just need some more ventilation... Leaves curling over can also be signs of a K def...

Not too hot really... its been pretty mild in SoCal so I'd say it fluctuates between 65 and 75. I think running a fan will help right now they sit in the corner and there really isnt' much airflow around them. The plants are pretty tiny so I'd be suprised if they have a K deficiency but I can add a little bit to the water I'm giving them to see if it helps.

yeah, between the added airflow and K, those leaves should flatten back out, and new vegetative growth should commence...
