Yes, but that is usually per square meter, under optimal conditions, by expert growers. It's best not to pay too much attention to yield estimates, as there are far too many variables.

yeah if this is your first grow you should focus on just having a successful first grow and then as you get better at the growing part you can then try to improve your yield.
