Is the Stuff you use to bring down the PH in a pool or Spa good to use on my water?

um cypher don't use that shit! if your pH adjuster has hydrochloric acid in it, throw it out. it should have Sodium Bisulfate. my general hydro has ammonium bisulfate and phosphoric acid. here is a link to a good place to buy some well here is 2 links.
