yet another lighting query

after a bit of input if any one can help - ive got space to grow 2 plants - lucky ive got 2 darkrooms outfitted, one im going to use for my CFL as this does not haveventilation suitable for the sodium light i think,other for the sodium grow light (which is near a window for extraction).
i will be germinating and vegitating in first room and flowering etc in other room but what i want to know is at what stage should i move plant from continuos light under cfl to timer/cycled operated under sodium light?

whenever youre running out of room/time. anytime after 5 weeks from seed is a good staple, but the longre you veg, the greater your yield.

if youre usin clones in your veg room, 5 weeks will provide a nice beast prime for the flower. if i were you id get a mother going in the veg for cloning. root and veg clones for 3-4 weeks then stick them into flower.
