yellowish leaves and small Orange dots

Looks under nourished. Could be from overwatering, lack of nutrients in the soil or a ph issue . Do you let the pot get very light before watering? What brand soil are you using? Hebe you given it anything more than water?

Oh really? Maybe it's a ph or overwater issue...cause i use worm castings, perlite, good dark soil, coco coir, peach-moss (forgot the name)

In this seedling stage i am watering every 7-10 days in this little pot

i just gave it a overwater once, couple days ago, so maybe it's recovering ..

Maybe calcium?

Worm casting contains very little nutrient. The only input with possibly some nutrients might be "good dark soil". Peat moss has low pH and need buffers to regulate pH. It looks hungry because it has nothing to eat!

You mix a lot of different inputs and you don't really know how they're going to interact with each other and what happens when each of them break down.

You need a complete plant food containing good amounts of Ca and Mg. If you want to only add Ca and Mg look into "Calimagic" since it contains very low N.
