Yellowing splotches and some leaf curling near top

Hello anyone. This is my first post to rollitup.com and my first grow. I have 2 plants, both fem/auto speed devil gotten from herbies through amsterdam something or other. They were planted at the same time, given same everything and one is yellowing now. They are about 2 weeks or so into flower. They actually had preflowers within 2 weeks of starting, they auto-flowered very quickly, I figured that was normal. Here are some pics and I can take more. It is a CFL grow and I know I need better lights and I will. They are under 1 125watt with 2 48s on the sides, 2700k. One is green and well and the other started this yellowing, I have been combating it for a while. I started feeding a little 2-7-7 (half strength) for about a week one week ago. Anyone? My guess is hotspot in the soil or something, I cant tell if it's too much N or not enough or something else. Its hard to diagnose and harder to treat, I have given just water for the past week HELP!!! Oh and thanks in advanceView attachment 1909630View attachment 1909631

anyone? someone must have some advice or a suggestion. I think it is most likely heat and something else, cause it only happened bad near the bulb and the airflow wasnt very good. I have a fan on them now and am opening the box (3x3x6) for as much as I can each day to cool them down, there is a 6in duct fan at the top for exhaust but it might not be enough, the cfm was right though, must be the way it's set up.
