im 5 1/2 weeks into flower and a lot of my fan leaves are starting to turn yellow and fall off. I don't know if this is normal or if I have a more serious problem (Haven't grown in years). Using calimagic and maxibloom for nutrients.

How long is the flower to last?
The leaves will yellow & die as the plant finishes the flower cycle, although it looks like a little extra over watering to me, they look droopy & have the claw look.

Edges yellowing/browning could be nute burn.

I'm not going to even try to open those pictures as the file sizes are so big I'd have to wait a half hour for them to load with my slow connection.

Just looking at the thumbnails I'd say you have what many get later in flowering if the leaves are going very dry and crispy after turning all yellow and brown with the "claw". Toxic salts buildup which a good flush will help correct.

If the affected leaves are still soft and yellowing uniformly than it may just be the way that strain shuts down as it's getting near the end of it's life.

Could be a ph/nute lock out issue. My fan leaves turned yellow and smaller leaves adopted a lime green cast. Probe ph'd my Sunshine soiless mix @ a little over 7. Got some ph down and a liquid ph kit from the hydro store. Come to find that my earth juice nutes mixed 1/2 strength dropped the ph in a 2 gallon solution to a very acidic 4. So back to the hydro store where the nice folks swapped my ph down for ph up. After ph-ing my nutes up to approx. 6, I watered all my plants. Inside of 2 hours all the drooping leaves perked up and now about 5 hours later they are reaching upward toward the lights. Blows my mind how quickly they have responded. I knew better but it has been a long time since I got serious about growing and should have ph'd the Earth Juice (that I'd never used before) from the start. I hope this helps someone troubleshoot their grow.

Hey man plants are looking nice on the buds but those leaves are saying she wants something. Need more info for an accurate guess as a NUMBER of things could be going on. From here if I were to guess nutrient type of an issue, I would say Nitrogen deficiency with maybe some Potassium deficiency. That is strictly from just looking at the pictures and nothing else.

Maxibloom is a complete fertilizer and you got the cal mag so how strong of a feeding is she getting? Maxibloom is a bit lower on the N side at a 5-15-14 adding to the suspicion but we need to know what your pH is, temps, humidity, and watering habits to get a better and more complete picture to make a diagnosis.

Still from your info and solely looking at the photos I am thinking majority N deficiency caused by either lack of food, improper pH, or just the low N of your fertilizer. The leaves do towards the very end of flower sometimes yellow and fall off depending on genetics and the fertilizing/flushing habits of the grower in the last few weeks of the grow. Still unless your strain is an extremely early finisher at this point its still early for the leaves to be yellowing and it looks a little excessive on your plants. They still have a few weeks to go from what I can see.

Hope I can help and please provide additional info as it would be nice to see the grow finish out nicely! :bigjoint:
