yellowing leaves on top of plant first week in flower

First week of flowering im in dwc with a 600 watt hps in cool hood 6 inches from tops .Its only yellowing in the hotspot of bulb temps are 73 degrees? Anyone know the problem?

Agreed the light is way too close, 6'' is for T5s seedlings, clones, non hid vegging, I use a 600 hps in a small tent and the light is about 18'' above the highest tops, do the hand heat test.
