Yellowing leaves in half my grow

1st time grower Leaves have been yellowing for awhile now. I top dressed the soil a week ago but Its not helping. Any suggestions? Ph of soil seems to be in range 6-6.5 when I ph the run off. I'm thinking it may be an abundance lock out how is that fixed? I have been ph downing my well water to around 6.5 ph. Living soil . Thank you.

They look hungry. One in the back right might have some lock out. Give them an ewc tea with a a few tbsp of 4-4-4. Let it bubble for 24hrs. Add a tbsp of molasses if you feel frisky.

Back right I would just plain water until it works out its iussues

Thank you, I have been scared of over fertilizing so it very well could be hungry.
 
Leaves that have turned yellow, will stay that way. They'll never green back up. They're definitely hungry. You could get some Neptune's Harvest fish and seaweed fertilizer, for readily available nutes.
 
Pretty common to see lots of yellow late in flower. A little Nitrogen in the flower stage helps keep them more green. I'd remove many of the damaged leaf. It won't hurt the plant and you don't want waste rotting on the plant or in it's grow space. Dying plant matter brings more potential problems.
