Yellowing in week 5.5 flower??

Hey guys, I can't seem to figure out why I'm getting some premature yellowing, maybe someone can point out something I'm missing?

The skinny: 3gal pots w/ coco, GH Silica 1/4tsp, CaliMagiC 1/2tsp, Micro 1/2tsp, Bloom 1tsp, Koolbloom 1/2tsp, Diamond Nectar 1/2tsp, Floralicious 1ml. pH is always to 5.8 to 6.1 with good runoff each watering daily. Light; TSW 2000, it was like 11" from the tops so maybe premature light bleaching, does it come off as yellowing? I raised light to 14" just in case.. any advice helps, thanks guys.

Im only using 6 or 7 of the up to 10 items it calls for at any one time, in week 5, at slightly reduced levels. Wouldn't i get some sort of tip burn if my levels were high? I haven't seen any indication plants are "overfed" unless that's what this yellowing is?

I'm not quite awake yet so bare with me -

Besides your base you have 2 additional K sources as well as 2 sources for humics.

Have you ran these numbers to see where your K is at?

I personally dont use humics in flower...at least not past wk 2

Keep in mind, feed charts are for marketing. Those schedules give a very loose suggestion for what you "could" use but their main intent is to sell more products.

Valid point that I've always considered, which is why i don't buy pricey stuff like Advanced. I've never had issues with this line, and the only thing different is having added Koolbloom, which I will say has given me noticeably sooner "budlets". And I know ppl who use Koolbloom with no issues but i don't think they're using the added humic or Floralicious. Something for me to also consider. Cool thanks for the advice you guys

Oh and I'd like to add, I didn't just all of a sudden slam my plants with high Bloom/no Gro, i did taper the feed and added KoolBloom gradually.

Thats what I'd go with and maybe some additional Mag

The only other product on that feed chart I'd use is Rapid Start. I've found it beats the shit out Roots Excelerator in the aeorcloners and rockwool and doesnt create that unsightly algae on the rockwool blocks.

There are a couple free apps that can run your numbers to help give you an idea of where you're at with your elements so you know if one is antagonizing the other. (poor wording, I'm still on my first cup of coffee)

Your plants look good. I think you just need to dial in the feed a bit and you'll be golden.

I don't have an EC meter but it's on my Xmas list, so i expect to have one soon. Ok cool I think I'll just dial back the amt of stuff I use in the meantime.

So simply put, I'm likely being "swayed" by the chart even though I keep telling myself "I'm reducing the levels" or "I'm not using ALL the items". Got it. KIS. I should know better.

I've used GH Flora Series in the past. I just used the base and never followed a feed chart. I just went by the label for general purpose. Never had any issues. Healthy plants from start to finish. All you need is the base. All that other stuff is unnecessary.

You should try keeping pH at 5.9 only that way u know everything is getting used and make sure ec levels aren't to hight and defo cal mag!!

Ec levels should between 1.2 and 1.4 through both cycles

I use 4ml micro and 8ml bloom with a small amount of Epsom in FULL flower. That comes out to like 1.8 EC with my tap water. Even that can be too high for them and I back it down to 3/6 or 3/7 ml respectively

you’re feeding way too much
