Yellow veins and lime green leaves?!

No idea what is causing this has anyone see anything like it before? Everything I come across is the reverse, green veins yellow leaves, so I am completely stumped. I don't think the growth tips are normal either, what started as a normal flower has sort of stretched its very strange. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That has happened to me several times... I usually "flush" with a 1/4 strength solution...water thoroughly.
