Yellow thing

Please help. Can someone tell me what these yellow fellows are and why they are growing in my Fox Farm Light Warrior Medium? I am guessing it is a fungus of sorts. Found it popping right out of the soil.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well, I found out what they were: Mushrooms. Not supposed to harm the plants as I read, but common in organic mediums.
