Yellow Sugar Leaves (week 10)

Hi,

I'm currently on week 10 of my autoflower grow. I'm growing a Northern Lights strain.

I noticed a yellow on the leaves a few days ago, and it has gotten a lot worse!

I have a 600w LED light 16" away from the plant, and can't move in any further away. Could it be light burn?
