Yellow spots on leaves

Okay so my girls are day 26 into flowering and today I noticed these spots on her leaves. All 3 plants have it. No bugs. I've checked. I'm feeding her 3 times a day in an ebb and flow system for 15 minutes at a time. PH is at 5.8. No issues there. Temp is always at 75. Please help!

I've never found a quick diagnoses for just "yellow spots".

What is your rez temps at? Also have you foliar fed at all during this plants cycle?

I have not foliar fed at all. Res temp fluctuates in the 60's but never above that

'I've checked' dosent really apply to thrips, they hide better than you know it, can be staring at one and you wouldnt see it. Dosent look like a deficiency i know but id rethink the bugs thing. Peace
