That "no light thing" can be problematic for weed plants.
Use 46 W of cool white CFL, kept about 4" above the soil, to germinate:

My 2 centavos on this ……
Take each of those rooters …. Put in a solo cup of potting soil burying most of that stretch. Place a simple light source ( fluro or dimmed led ) over them within a few inches or so.
Not only will more rooting happen from buried stalk but stretch will be tempered and emerging growth can support itself and not fall over. The mild potting mix will feed plant plenty for awhile. Its really that simple.

And while you’re at it …. Grab a can of Comet / Ajax and scrub that sink.

I beg to differ on this..
This was vegged under cfl's and notice the nice tight spacing.. nevermind the hps light, this seedling was just put into flower at the time of the photo

I don't disagree that fluorescent lights can grow some pretty decent dank. But CFL and fluoro tube yields are not that great with respect to final quantity. About .4 g/w was the average when I used 4' fluoro tubes many years ago. I get close to 1.5 g/w with LED. And with LED, there is no need to replace the tubes every 12 months.
I believe that there are better options for lighting.

Flouro lamps still have a place - I still use a 8 bulb T5HO lamp for cuttings and rooters at times. Works well.
Even have a few old horticulture CFL 6500k for even smaller starts.
This is a simple CFL plant start
But lately I use a simple LED white board ( either a Quantum board or this Spider Farmer V2 - a tester they sent me ) 100watts
Works just fine - keeps grow height in check. Either will not overpower them.
note : specks are from water misting earlier ….. hot out here in cali.

I wonder how they taste? Yellow light deprived pea shoots are sweeter, and taste better, IMO.
Not sure about cannabis microgreens though.. I've never attempted to seed a whole tray for consumption.
