Yellow New Leaves, Other Leaves Only Green in Veins

High everyone. I have been fighting with this for weeks. This seedling popped out with yellow leaves and green veins in them.

-In Fresh Fox Farm Ocean Soil
-Never Nuted before it showed these symptoms
-Gave it magnesium
-Flushed
-Just placed into bigger pot with fresh FF soil
-pH 6.4-6.9
-Used FF Grow Big, Big Bloom in the latter days-no difference at all!

The tips are curling sideways too on new leaf growth. This is Barney's Tangerine Dream.

New growth is usually lighter green than older growth, it looks more of an off green than a yellow color to me. i dont know if this helps but nitrogen deficiency the leaves will turn yellow how old is the plant

Plant is just short of 4 weeks. I guess I'll let it dry out from the flushing and start from scratch with the nutes.

yea i wouldnt sweat it now if the whole plant starts to turn yellow then there is a problem but i think ull be fine...
