yellow leaves

Hey i got week old sprouts and the small leaves have started turning yellow. what does this mean?

Can mean many things. It can be normal, a nutrient deficiency, or possibly over watering.

is it serious?

Got a pic? Small spots aren't really serious. If it's spreading then you'll want to take action.

um it dont look to bad. but what should i do if it spreads?

Look for bugs.
If no bugs, and you're not fertilizing, I'd fertilize with half strength. If it gets better feed again soon(next water) half strength again. Rest a couple waterings, and if it improves do full strength(suggested dose) again.

Are the leaves limp, curled, or otherwise deformed?

nope just yellow

How often do you water?

twice a day with nutes every other day

Planted in soil?

yeah. i think it might have been to much water.

Are you talking about the small rounded leaves, or the actuall serated leaves?

the serated ones.
