Yellow fan leaves and orange tips on the pistils week 1 of flowering please help

I originally was growing outside but I moved the plant indoors because of pests eating the leaves should I be concerned this is my first grow15984640310755687426780581222113.jpg

Most likely the sun did that. I lost power and moved my plant outside and after just a day.. it singed up the ends of the pistils. It's better now.
