yellow edges droop leaves. can anyone tell me wats wrong with this baby

Im having same problem mine started when, for the first time ever, i missed a watering and it looked bad. Anyhow never came back.

were they well rooted when you got them?
whats your lighting, water ph?...blah, blah, blah etc.

soil looks dry, maybe it was taken out of the humidity dome to soon if it is only 2 weeks old. I would dampen the soil & mist the plant. Then put a dome over it & check it in about 24 hrs.
