Yellow/burn spots on my plants

So I'm running 2 400 watt lights (MH) that are being very air cooled by a 550 cfm tjernlund fan. The daystar ac hoods are being intaked by a 6"x24" carbon filter (phresh). Brand new DR150 tent.

They are in 2/3 promix 1/3 perilite. Water pH'd to between 6.2 - 6.7. Using botanicaire pro grow and cal/mag along with BioRoot. pH'ing with baking soda. Water is made lukewarm on stove prior to watering (i live in a wicked cold climate).

Temps flutter between 73-76. Humidity around 38%-40%.

Watered daily, fed every 4-5 days. Havent checked ppms, but ive been using the recommended amount for a mature vegging plant. Using DI water.

Lots of circulation in that tent (the thing is under a freaking vaccuum). Oscillating fan.

Now thats out of the way, I have these intermittent spots on the older leaves of the plant. They dont appear to be getting worse. I made the high mistake of misting them with some neem and water lightly one day under the 400 watts, and i think that may have burned them. Also, water may have been spilt on them slightly at one point under 1 400 watt MH light. At some parts, there is leaf material thats been gone (Crispified). Im not convinced that its burn though, as I've read a lot of threads and done a lot of research. I have a couple grows under my belt now, so I feel more experienced.

Any thoughts? I'm not really feeding them much, and the canopy is definitely not hot. Lights are about 12" away until I figure it out then I'd like to drop them to 10" since I'm running 400 watts on each.

Thoughts?
