heres an idea
what if you were to put your grow room in a cistrin, so then all the heat is under 12+ inches of concrete and vented however u know
. shurly they(the popo) dont have the need to have something that could see though 12 inches of concrete 
, but to have something that can see or detect heat though triditional wood floors i think is cheaper and more effective for them,,, consitering no ones house floor is concrete that also has the basement
