X amount of light = X amount of bud

quick question i heard that the amount of bud is equal to the amount of light e.g 600watt = 600grams was just after a bit of feedback dont kno whether this is true or not?
feel free to answer i dont mind critism i was just wonderin whether to go by this or not i kno different strands may be different to others anyway but just thought i'd put it out their let me kno

It can be done if you're a good grower.

.5-1g / watt of Hps light, depending on many factors tho, that is just a rough estimate...
