It's most likely a Ph problem so test your soil. If not, you've got a number of deficiencies. Either way, they will need some nutrients soon.

To be safe... Buy the test tablets @ home depot or lowes and test for all 3 NPK's -- Nitrogen, Phosphorus & Potassium. I would do the test manually then a PH meter, after all there your babies and you want to be accurate with the results. So After you've done the test, there's an instruction guide on the kit on how to go about neutralizing the soil. I'ts very simple to follow --
Hey, If always able to do it.. a freaking monkey could do it ;) Good luck!

If you don't have a pH meter, get one, fast. That's your main problem and more serious nute deficiencies will soon follow.
You said soil, so set the solution pH at about 6.5 after you add nutes at 50% manufacturers recommended rate.
Never add nutes or plain water unless you have adjusted pH.

On soil grows you can use vinegar to lower the PH. If you lower it to much you then just add regular water. PH +/- can cause salt build up in soil grows. Plus who wants extra chemicals you dont need.
