In the last stages of budding and somebud is completly dying alot stem have these bump looking bubbles on them... N im just confused first time this has ever happened any suggestions? Im thinking to just go ahead and harvest it!!!!

That is a kind of scale insect bro. You get quite a lot of different kinds so I can't name the exact one. They're busy sucking all the sap out your plants. Ants like to farm with these things (ants LOVE farming their food) for the honeydew. Ants on and around your plants are always a sign to look out for scale insects. With an infestation this bad, I would cut my losses.
Look up what kind of scale insect is found in your area, I also learned my lesson with them the hard way :(
