This plant, for some reason, REALLY wanted to stretch up her whole life. If I would have topped her then it probably would have been a whole different story, but I didn't so here she is. As soon as she started pre-flowering she started losing lower leaves. As flowering has come on she now has nothing but a clump around the bud and a little teaser about 3/4 the way up. BTW, the bud on this plant has come along and progressed SO much better than her sisters. You can't really tell from the picture but she's nice and tight, little red hairs, and looking all grown up like a big girl. But why is she looking like a cat-tail? Have I ended up with a rare strain that's been crossed with a CORN-DOG? Really sad looking, and all of her sisters around her look bushy and great. Keep in mind this is a wild grow, so don't ask me the p.h. lol.....

Could have just stretched for light throughout veg. Chance of corndog genetics?, not so sure. lol. I'd like to see the sisters.

I had the same thing happen to me on my first outdoor grow. The funny thing too is the fact that the plant that lollipoped like yours was from the only legitmate seed i had with a strain. the others were bagseed plants that took off, soon following chopping 7/12 males. Not sure what caused the problem though. We figured stress because we transplanted it to a bigger pot in its early stages.
