WTF are my plants going to die

Ok i woke up this morning after watering my plants and i notice that the if two round leaves that you get when the seed sprouts is turing from dark green to lime green amost yellow!! is this bad i dont think its nute burn because i on used a tiny amount of nutes very tiny and the rest water. Some plz help.

dont worry about it - these leaves die very quickly. be carefull using nutes on such young plants tho
