Wait till growth speed returns to normal after training then flip her to 12/12

yup, it's big enough, if thats big enough....figure they'll at least double in height, so veg to about 40% of your flower tent light height, just for a little safety margin, but anytime you see them start to put out a few little white pistols here and there at nodes, thats a sign of sexual maturity, and they can be flipped whenever works for you
i personally would let those branches grow up till the whole thing is about 30 inches high from the surface of the soil, unless you train them back down as well...and i'd top each of those branches at least once
