Would you ScrOG these ladies?

Hi guys, this is my first grow in a grow tent. I'm considering using a scrog net, but I'm not sure because they have already had a lot of horizontal growth. They've been topped twice. Would you scrog them? I'm leaning towards yes, but wanted to post this here for any input or feedback. I want them to grow taller. Should I anticipate them to stretch vertically a lot when I flip to flower?

What strain is it?

Its personal preference really i prefer to top and tie down lots over scrogging for ease of moving in and about the plants but i agree scrog is certainly a very effective method efficient too

I would. But I'd do it in two frames so you can pull each plant out with its own wire frame and clean it up after stretch.
Then add a flexible net for support after

Oh then yes 3 or 4 times stretch at least you would imagine aye you canny go wrong with a scrog then mate good luck anyway bud
