yeah that one will do the trick, but you'll still need the ballast and socket, which homedepot doesn't sell (at least my local home depot doesn't)

look for a hydroponic store, even if its an hour away man, get all your goods there if you wanna hook yourself up for a good grow, call ahead and tell them what your looking for and ask for prices which are usually more than you want to pay for a good setup but if you smoke multiple times a day like me it'll pay for itself in one good harvest, my ballast was refurbished and works fine so ask about getting a refurbished one if it comes with a guarantee of some sort.
