Would these bulbs work for vegging

They came in a t5 high output light I just got. I wanted to know if they are ok for vegging.
One bulb is blue and the other is just like a regular bulb.
10,000k and the other is 460nm Actinic

I know somebody out there has something to say..

that is tough to say. that is still a super low wattage. I would go with at least 60 watt CFL tube bulbs for a grow

It really is not about the wattage it is the lumens. T5 ho is really good on the lumens for vegging. Lots of people veg with t5ho's.
