would one these lights be good for a small grow?

I have just 1 plant going.
She is 2 weeks old.
I will be transplanting her into a 3 gallon bubble bucket.
I have the money just for a small cheap light.
This just a hobby to me, so yield is not a factor.
Here are my 3 choices, which would you get?

I been vegging under cfls.
So I need a alittle better light than cfls.

Just remember..... you get what you pay for. So if you want to cheap out on a light don't expect much from it.

Do you ever grow? You seem to change your mind more than anyone I’ve seen. Plan ahead get all your stuff right then get to growing.
