Worthwhile stressing males to hermie?

The title is fairly self explanatory. Providing you prevent it from breeding with the females is it worthwhile doing? I'm thinking some bud is better than none.

They have to have the genetics for a male to turn female. Its a waist of time.

Hermies are females that produce males sex organs to self pollinate. It can be caused by stress or it can be genetic. I have never heard of I male with female sex organs.

Yes male plants can hermie its just that most people kill the males before they get a chance to show female organs, I don't think its a good Idea to keep male plants around hermie or not. Also if you did that I'm guessing that any seeds from the bud would be all male, if it works like female plants.
