Worried About Having Used Miracle Grow Potting Soil

I am a first time grower and am currently in my third week of veg. Using 1000W HPS for 10 plants on an 18/6 cycle. Everything seems to be going well (except for the over-watering my partner did, which it recovered after a few days letting it air out). Plants are 2-2.5 ft tall, thick, and from what I can see look pretty good. My question is this, My partner has grown before and used Miracle Grow Potting Soil in the past. Plants turned out good, bud looked and tasted great. However, as I told him time and time again is that all I hear is not to use MG soil. Anyways we did, have been monitoring the PH which floats between 6.5 and 7. Everything seems healthy but what are some precautionary things I should be looking for as a result of MG use? Am I doomed or can this be managed?

I only use MG Moisture Control Potting Soil for my seedlings, I let them sit in Terracycle Biodegradeable Soil made from worm compost for the first 2 weeks and I transplant them into a 3 gal jiffy pot for the next 2 weeks and after 1 month I drop them into FFOF. I haven't ever used MG for a full cycle but there was one time where I used it past one month let the plants sit in a 15 gal pot (had like 10 growing in there) and they all grew tall and sturdy for 2 months in the stuff before I transplanted.

I'm not sure what all the naysay is regarding MG but I want it to be noted that when I used it for the 2 months it was in a laundry room and it was like every time after I washed and dryed clothes in there the humidity caused a growth spurt for the pot. But i've only done that once, I only mention that because I don't think MG is totally 100% bad. Just not highly recommended is all.

Be careful to under-water a little bit if you can. Most MG fertilizers are time release and release nutrients based on water exposure (short version). That means the more water you use, the more fertilizer you release. Too much (easy to do) will burn your plants. Don't add any nutes during veg, but don't forget to add some good bloom ferts during flowering.
