I've dealt with them before. Good service and fast delivery every time.

If you are buying to set up a small grow, say with one light, a small hydro unit, etc., there is nothing to worry about. There isn't enough manpower on earth for the police to follow up on every 400 watt lightbulb sold. On the other hand, if you are buying three 1000 watt light setups, with three flood and drain tables and all the trimmings, I'd buy that through a local hydro store and pay by cash.

Actually I was going to mostly just buy misc items, the only major purchase was going to be a 24 site "Ebb & Grow" system. Found my lights at Lowes
4- 150 w HPS floods for $88 each + 5 - 4' 2 tubes FL's
