Those look like some type of beetle larvae ; grub. They will likely decimate your rhizosphere. Are you organic or chemical? If chemical it could be as easy as watering in some hydrogen peroxide. This will kill soft bodied insects on contact. Even in organic systems you can get away with using peroxide in an emergency, just be sure to make an attempt to reinoculate (;add microbes) immediately afterwards. To be clear I have personally had a fungus gnat issue that was immediately resolved using a 50/50 mix of hydrogen peroxide and water. Best wishes. :peace:
