why not bruce lee is the fuckin man...ill tell you what though if you want to mass up with out lifting or running try getting into boxing..i have been weight traing for 5 months now an im strong for my size...but going into the boxing aera an working the heavy bag an speed bag...is still a challange an i believe will help be crossthe platue im stuck on in the bench...

If you have read my other post in a thread i cant play world of warcraft i cant caus ei cant get addicted. back when i did wanna play i couldnt cause it was no fun to me. And actually im not under 18 people here know im not . But whatever you say i dont know whats wrong with my typing.

i workout 6 days a week and have been for 10+ years. im not uberhuge or anything like that, but i know my way around a gym. what would you say your body type is now? pick some1 famous we all will know, then pick whos body you would like to have.( once again some1 famous we all will know.) ill try to help as much as i can.
