Wondering what is best for autos:

soil or soilless
what size pot
will leaing it out in winter (dry ) will be ok?
Any thing special I should look out for?

or grow enough that your mothering is spread out

I cant tell u about hydro set up cause I only grow in soil. If u go with soil get a 3 gal. bucket & once u germ the seed put it directly into the 3 gal. bucket. Mix a good soil mix with peatmoss, potting soil & lots of preilite & don't use any nutes !!!

hmmmmmm... over mothering. You can only over mother if you cause harm to your girls. Being a bit neurotic to the point of OCD can actually help spot serious problems early. I feel your pain. I was feeling the same way about some Burmese clones I had in my garden. I always had a bad feeling about them. Long story short, they turned out to be hermies I wish I had cut down at the first sign of trouble. Point being, do what feels right and don't listen to naysayers (I don't claim to be any "expert," but there are a lot of people on Rollitup who have no idea what they're talking about, and they're the one's who come off as sure of themselves. Anyone who is worth a shit will tell you that it's only their opinion that's been working for them so far. Wise man knows, he knows nothing. Fuck "experts," they're idiots.)
