Wondering how to correctly fertilize my plant?

Aight im a new grower so i got a few questions..... The closest fertilizer I could find at the store was some 30-10-10 will this work or should i keep looking because my plants are about 2 weeks old and havent started nuteing yet and they need it bad...Also how often and how much should i use the fertilizer?

it depends on the size of the plant and the size of the pot they are growing in. i usually water them daily and don't feed them anything for the first week, once they have about 5 nodes i water every other day and feed them every other watering.
