Wonder if this Light is ok

so i have been looking into led lights for my pc grow i would like to use both cfl and led if possible just cause. so heres the link of the lights. and i was doing a pc grow so i thought maybe having them below the plant to get some light from down low? http://www.sunlightsupply.com/p-14182-agroled-t8-led-tubes.aspx ...

now i dont know what sizes the come in but they are t8 replacement bulbs so maybe its just for 4ft bulbs. and if thats correct then when i do a grow room im gonna buy a few for sure.

I would use this T8 LED's above the plants before using CFL's... maybe hang these over your plants, paint the bottom of the PC white or covered in mylar and hand the T8's above and maybe the cfl's on either side... would be a great little combo with little or no heat. Good Luck!

Well, these things cost $80.00 ea and that is before the fixtures that you need for them. Seems like a lot of money for a PC grow, JMHO

they're basicly the same output as a typical t8 but 10x the money imo crap...

Completely agree with ya Spex420, that price is ludicrous at best

Your way better off putting your coin towards a good T5 HO fixture and bulbs. Especially in a PC grow. Most times with adequate ventilation the plants can grow right into the bulbs with minimal and sometimes no burn at all. IMO T5 HO fixtures are the next best thing to HID lighting and much much better in confined space grows.

alright guys thanks for the info was just thinking. and they were pretty pricey but i think they only come in 4ft lengths. these t5 ho fixture im going to look into thanks again
