wiring a 400 hps with cooltube

ok well of all things today neighbor moving out saw all kinds of grow equip and couldnt help myself asked if they wanted to sell some and they did i got 2 air cooled reflectors 1 400 hps and a 6 in vortex blower 250 bucks

well on one of the reflectors has the bulb and wire already set (the kind that plugs into the ballast) but the ballast i already had doesnt have a spot to plug into the ballast is from htg and i dont know what to do do i cut the wires and splice them get a new ballast or rewire all suggestions are welcome if pics are needed i can post later when gf gets home with camera
