wiring a 120v wall plug

i have a grounded wall outlet i want to install. i have active wires including a ground. i see on one side three screws. thats where i hook it up0. on the other side i have two screws. is that for hooking a line to another line in the room? can i just ignore them and hook the wires up normal?

On the one side you have two gold colour screws = Live/Black --> Top Gold Screw
On the other you have two silver colour screws = White/Neutral --> Bottom Silver Screw
On the one side at the bottom is a green screw = Bare copper ground --> Green Ground Screw
If it's the end of a line I add a piece of the bare copper/ground from that ground screw and ground that to the box
